Key Notes
- Online service, new downloads and support end January 14, while purchases stop November 12 and Master Rankings finish November 5.
- Felyne Isles Furever is planned for mobile on November 12, with transfers requiring the original app and staying within the same operating system.
- Switch and Steam editions of the offline game are planned, but Capcom has not announced their release dates.
Capcom will end online service for Monster Hunter Puzzles: Felyne Isles on January 14, 2027, at 11 a.m. Japan time, or 02:00 UTC. Its service notice also announces Felyne Isles Furever, an offline edition intended to let players continue after the live service closes.
The transition has several stages. Master Rankings will end on November 5, while in-game purchases and new VIP License subscriptions stop on November 12. Existing gems and boosters remain usable until the service ends. On January 14, online functions, new downloads of the original app and customer support will all be discontinued.
Furever is scheduled to reach iOS and Android on November 12. Capcom says save data can be transferred, but players need to keep the original app and use version 2.25.00 or later. Transfers work only within the same operating system, so an iPhone save cannot move to Android or vice versa. Some data and features will change in the offline release.
The current mobile game combines more than 1,500 puzzles with rebuilding an island for its Felyne inhabitants. Completing quests earns acorns for construction, while materials can customize buildings and outfits. Capcom also plans Nintendo Switch and Steam versions of Furever, but their release dates have not been announced alongside the mobile timetable.
The original app will retain some functions that do not need a connection after shutdown, but support will end. A connection is also needed for parts of the transfer and content-verification process. We recently covered a US proposal addressing continued access after game servers close; Capcom’s offline release gives existing players a concrete migration route, provided they keep the required app and compatible save data.
